Through this new mobile and tablet application, parents can easily stay in continuous contact without delay with many of the most common tasks in their children's educational environment. The platform is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing a simple and intuitive way to access it with just an internet connection.

Once inside the platform, users will find the profiles of their connected students. The School-Family section offers the following options:

• Internal Messaging: Parents have the opportunity to communicate quickly and efficiently with the educational center. They can send text messages to school staff and receive notifications about relevant information.
• Interviews – Tutoring: Through the platform, users can request interviews and/or tutoring sessions with the teaching team. Subsequently, the tutor will create a report reflecting the session's outcomes. Users can express their agreement within 7 days of report creation.
• Contact Information Update: By accessing personal information, users can update their details for effective communication with the center, following SMS certification (address, phone number, password, email, etc.).
• Incidents: Users can review incidents (delays, absences, etc.) and provide quick justifications comfortably. Notifications for these incidents will be sent via email and/or SMS.
• Grades: The school will publish students' grades from assessments in the corresponding section within the School-Family module. Tutors can confidentially and securely access daily grade updates from anywhere.
• Access to School Documentation: Users can view any files provided by the school (Educational Pastoral Project, Educational Proposal, School Organization Chart, circulars, Annual School Plan, etc.) through this section.
